Manage projects exceeding $25,000 in cost and lasting from 1 month to 1 year. Direct internal and external resources from multiple departments and vendors. Other Qualifications: Proven ability to successfully plan, manage, and report on medium to large projects and multiple projects simultaneously. Effective collaboration with cross-functional groups and participation in problem-solving processes. Self-motivated with a strong initiative to learn. Good written and verbal communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the request management process and support the business in bringing forward project requests for approval. Manage one or multiple systems projects simultaneously. Responsible for all deliverables required by the RBS Project Management Process. Prepare project plans, including definition, scope, resources, schedule, and budget. Ensure adequate communication is maintained regarding all project statuses and priorities. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Manager.
