The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET and FileNet with a preference for those who have demonstrated ability in Payer. This role involves leading development projects ensuring high-quality work you're doing and supplying to the company's mission of delivering innovative solutions. Location: Plano TX - Onsite Responsibilities Lead development projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment to quality standards. Supervise the design development and implementation of software solutions using .NET and FileNet technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members encouraging a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure code quality through regular code reviews testing and alignment to best practices and coding standards. Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and system architecture diagrams. Manage project timelines budgets and resources ensuring projects are completed within scope and on schedule. Communicate project status risks and issues to collaborators providing regular updates and seeking feedback. Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging team members to seek innovative solutions and optimize existing processes. Qualifications: Possess a strong background in .NET and FileNet technologies with proven experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions. Minimum 10 years of experience Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently. Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and guiding development teams.
