Testing and Quality Assurance: o Create and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. o Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for customizations and new features. o Identify and resolve defects and issues promptly. Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 CE. o Conduct workshops and training sessions with end-users to ensure proper adoption and usage of the system. Documentation and Support: o Develop detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, test cases, and user guides. o Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing any issues and ensuring the smooth operation of dynamics 365 CE solutions.
