The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Databricks, semantic modeling, and Azure, and will possess a deep understanding of data warehousing best practices. Key Responsibilities: Databricks Implementation: Lead and manage complex projects using Databricks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimizing performance and scalability. Semantic Modeling: Design and implement semantic models to meet business requirements. Utilize appropriate tools and methodologies to enhance data understanding and usability. Azure Experience: Leverage Azure services for data integration and processing. Implement robust data solutions on Azure, addressing technical and organizational challenges. Data Warehousing: Develop and optimize data warehouse solutions to ensure high performance and scalability. Apply industry standards to maintain data integrity and security. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively. Guide and influence decision-making by recommending best practices and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: Proven experience in Databricks and Azure implementation. Strong background in semantic modeling and data warehousing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate politically sensitive situations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Certification in Databricks or Azure. Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
