Deep technical expertise across multiple technical domains including IT infrastructure, VMWare, Windows, storage, security, compliance, Network, firewall, Load balancers, Secops, access management, DMZ, ServiceNow etc Interface with customers, gather information about the current design, customer requirement and the come-up with the best solution Design, review and integrate new systems. Recommend improvements or alternative technologies to better meet business Experience in setting up vulnerability management tools Experience in setting up monitoring tools. Experience in tools like Mulesoft, Splunk, GitLab Experience in ServiceNow integration Experience in Asset Management Experience in ITSM Hands on experience in automation scripting using Ansible, Terraform etc. Own and provide guidance to the team in implementing the solution and help resolving any open issues.
