Notes: This is a contract to hire role. Must Haves: Must be certified and have Scaled Agile experience
Experience in lieu of Bachelors Degree or Certification
5+ years of relevant experience with a degree
7+ years of relevant experience without a degree
Plus: Experience in a Health plan environment preferred but not required.
Description and Qualifications Needed:
Coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery. Serve as liaison between the product owner, development team, and management in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Ensure that team members understand project objectives. Maintain product backlog and release plan and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals. Preserve flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes.
Career-level professional within the field. Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline. Conducts complex, important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accountable for the effectiveness of the Delivery Teams process to deliver the right thing, at the right time, with the right quality
Mentors, coaches, and supports the Team around Agile practices, principles, and values that enable continuous and effective value delivery on cadence
Helps Team operate as self-managing and self-organizing cross-functional collective
Identifies problems and drives them to resolution. problems may include blockers, impediments, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
Coaches Team on techniques to keep events efficient, effective, time-boxed, positive, and on cadence
Identifies and leads improvements to Team structure, processes and practices in order to continuously improve the flow of value through the Team
Exemplifies Agile Leadership by serving the Agile Delivery Team, the ART, and the enterprise as an Agile Role Model
Additional Information: Team Member will be for CSR2 team and responsible for Sales Contact Center (Salesforce), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Web Ticketing Enrollment System.
