As a BI Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Tableau. Your primary focus will be on creating scalable and efficient data models, developing interactive dashboards and reports, and providing technical guidance to the team. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect end-to-end business intelligence solutions using Tableau. Ensure data visualization solutions are highly performant, scalable, and user-friendly. Collaborate with business stakeholders and gather requirements to understand data and reporting needs. Develop scalable and efficient data models to support complex data analytics and reporting requirements. Build interactive and user-friendly dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Understand the data governance, data lineage, data modeling and data integration aspects of Tableau. Optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for performance and usability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Stay up to date with the latest Tableau features, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Tableau solutions with other systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau implementations. Requirements: 8-12 years of proven work experience as a BI Architect or similar role with a focus on Tableau implementations. Expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep Builder. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases. In-depth knowledge of ETL processes and tools. Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills. Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights. Experience with data governance and security practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Tableau certification (Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate or higher) is preferred.
