| From: Deepak Singh, Vyze Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Sr. Data Solution Architect - Urgent/BackFill Sr. Data Solution Architect with expertise in designing and architecting data platforms using Azure Cloud Service offerings, specifically working with Microsofts new Fabir product suite. This resource will lead a 6-12 month project for our client, working close with and collaborating with senior leadership to assess the current product environment, and architect/design a scalable product/platform to cater to business needs. Candidates must be local to the Dallas market, and willing/able to work onsite. Candidates must also be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Job Title: Sr. Data Solution Architect Job Type: Contract Contract Duration: 6-12 months Worksite Location: Irving, TX Onsite Interview - Video+F2F Visa: All Overview: The Sr. Data Solution Architect will work with senior leadership to review/assess the current landscape and architecture of the clients data platform/environment, and architect and design new solutions to create more real-time data solutions. The consultant will need to have extensive experience working across Microsoft environments utilizing Azure Cloud Solutions, as well as Microsoft Fabric. This resource will work in collaboration with the business operations leaders to gain insight to how the company utilizes their data, uncover additional needs, and ultimately build an enhanced and scalable environment to meet business initiatives. Requirements: Willing and able to work onsite in Irving, TX A minimum of 10 years of experience designing and architecting data solutions (data warehouses, data marts, data lakes, etc.) for organizations utilizing Microsoft products o Analyzing architecture and functionality of existing data systems and re-engineering new functional solutions to meet business needs At least 8 years experience leading and designing solutions around data integrations, data integrations, and data migrations Strong experience creating design documentation, and knowledge-based artifacts Prior experience working with Accounting and Finance Leaders, as well as Sales and Operations Leaders with an understanding of financial data (P&Ls, AP, AR, GL, etc) and operational data, (job coding, vendor data, costs, etc) A minimum of 6+ years experience working with Microsoft and Azure Cloud Services, to include: Recent hands-on experience with Microsoft's newly launched product - Fabric, to include: o Microsoft Fabric Azure Data Factory Synapse Data Engineering Data Warehouse Data Science Real-Time Intelligence Additional Technical Qualifications: o SQL Server Databases o Microsoft BI Stack: SSIS, SSRS, SSAS o Azure SQL o Security o Disaster Recovery o Testing o Azure DevOps (for project management and code versioning) Experience working in a self-directed capacity with limited resources Critical thinker The ability to translate technical solutions to non-technical audiences (business leaders) The ability to train data team members and ensure knowledge transfer Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and implementing data analytics solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, Analysis Services, Data Warehouses, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI. Experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes, data models, dashboards, and reports. Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying Power BI reports and dashboards. Strong knowledge of data management Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and objectives, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Experience in managing and maintaining SQL databases. Knowledge of the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment; developing and executing test plans. Strong experience utilizing Microsoft DevOps for project management and code versioning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with IT, business analysts, and other stakeholders. Knowledge of accounting and finance principles to analyze financial data. Experience in integrating data from multiple external.
