Detailed understanding of Acquiring & Merchant processes and workflows. Good understanding of ISO8583 messages & Network BINs/cycle ranges. Understanding of various network communication messages (MTIs) and Data element level knowledge. Technical background - Hands-on on Data Analysis (SQL queries, Spread sheet table Pivoting, Splunk, Snowflake) Excellent Bi-lingual Communication abilities (Spanish & English). Please find the JD -- Work with the Analytics team to understand business requirements/gap analysis on the ATM network availability and understand the downtime trends. Work with Acquirers and AMT Merchants to evaluate technical setup for the various BIN ranges and the type of transactions supported and identify any issued in ATM availability, acceptance etc. Financial transaction trend analysis and report creation (based on type of transactions, Auth rates, reject codes analysis etc.) Engage with right internal support teams to secure required help for the activities.(e.g. Production Support team, Network team etc) collaborate with other team members / analysts for the daily cadence to review the progress. Daily activity tracking, status reporting and stakeholder management (Internal and client) Interact with the team members on day-to-day tasks and help resolve roadblocks.
