Key Responsibilities: Tier 3 Support: Provide in-depth technical support for complex Veeva CRM issues, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and root cause analysis. System Administration: Manage and maintain the Veeva CRM environment, including configuration, data management, and system upgrades. Incident Management: Efficiently handle and resolve critical incidents, minimizing system downtime and impact on business operations. Knowledge Base: Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to empower users and support teams. User Support: Provide technical guidance and training to end-users, fostering system adoption and maximizing user productivity. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements. Required Skills: Deep Veeva CRM Expertise: Proven experience with Veeva CRM platform, including configuration, customization, and data management. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and networking. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer support and build strong relationships with end-users.
