| Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Location: Remote Interview Mode: Phone and Skype Role & Responsibilities: Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in a global organization Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors Must have:- Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to SuccessFactors Degreed and other applications. Must have experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning integration with Degreed. Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows. Experience in defining custom iFlows, local & exception subprocesses, and exception handling. Must have worked on at least 2 integration projects with SAP CPI. Must have worked with SuccessFactors APIs- SOAP as well as ODATA. Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module. At least I have full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements. Good to have: Certification in CPI Certification of any other SAP SuccessFactors module Conduct a discovery meeting with the customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements. Good Knowledge in scripting languages (Java Scripts) Designing, implementing, and supporting complex integration with ERP and Non- ERP Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
