Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in driving results, managing complex projects, and demonstrating exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. This position is contingent upon award. Key Responsibilities: Task Order Management: Oversee the execution of task orders to ensure adherence to performance work statements. Develop and implement methods and procedures for efficient work execution, directing and coordinating tasks, and managing personnel. Personnel Management: Select and manage personnel based on knowledge and experience. Communicate task order responsibilities to employees and monitor performance. Performance Monitoring: Review reports and activity records to ensure progress towards objectives. Adjust methodologies as necessary to redirect activities and achieve goals. Program Reporting: Prepare and present program reports, controlling expenditures in line with budget allocations. Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or 10+ years of directly related training and/or experience. Education: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field. Security Clearance: Secret Security Clearance required. Background Experience: Relevant experience in the program or similar field is required.
