Position: Data Modeler Location: Pleasanton, CA (3x per week ONSITE) Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: 1. Strong Data Modeler who can design and execute data models on the cloud 2. They are currently utilizing Azure candidates must have experience with Azure, if they have ever migrated to GCP, thats nice to have as thats what this client is doing 3. Star schema, Snowflake experience 4. Data visualization with SAS, Power BI or Tableau Contract Description Creation, optimization and maintenance of conceptual, logical and physical database models Documentation of functional requirements and system specifications into the data architecture and detailed design specifications for current and proposed designs Demonstrate proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options, and where appropriate, leading to resolution Maintaining highly effective and consistent communication within the team, peers, and the leadership team.
