| Hi please share resumes to [email protected] Title : Solution Train Engineer (STE) Location : Atlanta, GA/ Charlotte, NC/ Raleigh NC Solution Train Engineer (STE) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and Facilitate Solution Train quarterly Planning Facilitate Solution train sync - bi-weekly Facilitate Product Sync - weekly Facilitate Monthly Solution Demos Periodic presentations of status to executives Maintain ST working agreements document Maintain ST Teams channel Provide status updates to PMLC Ensure frequent solution integration across teams and ARTs when possible Coordinate release activities working with RTEs and TPMs Responsible for ST meeting TDLC and PI Milestones Ensure there is a DOD for the Solution Increment and the Release Rally expert a plus Responsible for Solution train Reporting in Rally Close collaboration with PMLC project managers Responsible for ensuring business readiness items are integrated as part of the ST at the right time Coach solution train and its stakeholders Build influential relationships with Solution train leaders and key stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS SPC or RTE certified Advanced presentation skills - Executive presence Excellent communications skills " Possess the ability to lead with influence Be a change agent and have experience in leading change that they don't have all the decision rights to - Understanding and experience in how to navigate political land mines Possess the ability to present to senior and executive leadership Ability to ask probabilistic questions when trying to - understand a situation Ability to lead with care Know when to make a decision and move forward and when to collaborate to come to a decision.
