| From: Jay, Brillius [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: ERP Programmer Analyst (Contract) Location: Tallahassee, FL Key Responsibilities: Assist in the periodic review and revision of the Operations and Maintenance sections of the CAMS Enterprise Project Plan. Use project management tools to report time and progress, develop project plans, and manage incidents. Perform preliminary impact assessments of support requests, providing detailed impact analyses. Provide opinions on potential and proposed changes to CAMS by the Department. Attend and lead meetings related to CAMS Operations & Maintenance and any CAMS-related modifications or enhancements. Create and modify functional documentation and test system changes and work with external partners to test functionality. Assist in the proactive management of systems and hardware, root cause analysis, and resolution plan implementation. Assist in the planning, preparation, and release of major and minor updates to existing software and installation of new software. Assist in control and management of software and IT hardware. Assist in resolving software and batch processing issues and in correcting file irregularities that prevent batch processing. Document test scripts, conduct tests, and ensure functionality meets requirements. Assist in developing, analyzing, and updating business rules and testing. Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Interfaces, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and SAP BW4HANA. Functional SAP S/4HANA experience. Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications or object-oriented analysis and design. SAP S/4HANA-related certifications. Experience in requirements development, system design, and testing. Mandatory advanced training in SAP S/4HANA applications (or equivalent documented technical experience). Preferred Experience: Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Analysis, Design, Resource Planning, Code Development, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance. Experience implementing new processes and enhancements in S/4 HANA. Experience with Interfaces, Finance, and migration in SAP S/4HANA. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience.
