Please find below requirement and let me know your interest SuccessFactors Consultant EP Location: Ewing, NJ Onsite Duration: Long term Role name: Functional Consultant Role Description: Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processesGood understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizationDesigning, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors Competencies: EIS : MES Functional Consulting Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: 1. Certification in SucessFactors Learning Management System2. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment3. Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients needs4. Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting5. Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration 6. Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module.7. At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements. Desirable Skills: 1. Mutiple certification SAP SuccessFactors module2. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customers current process and future state requirements.3. Exposure to validated Learning Management System and other validation tools4.
