Defines system objectives and prepares system design specifications. Responsible for interface problem solving. Responsible for gathering analyzing client business requirements in order to identify and solve problems. Acts as communication liaison between business and IT teams. Experience with Microsoft Copilot is ideal Lead the effort to operationalize Microsoft Co-Pilot. This includes becoming familiar with how Co-Pilot works, creating KBs, developing a training plan for end users and creating a license deployment and harveting process. Will interact with a number of different IT and business teams ranging from Cybersecurity, legal, app packaging, software licensing, deskside support, and IT service desk. Must have the ability to be a quick learner and have great customer communication skills. Will interact with leaders in IT and business area's to discuss the abilities of the technology. Will work with external vendors such as Microsoft. In addition to operationalizing Co-Pilot, will assist the End User Services Agile POD on many other initiatives to improve end user experience. A wide breath of process and technical skills desired. Microsoft Co-Pilot, early adopters 300 users purchased 1500 more licenses Co-Pilot answering questions, excel formulas, email etc benefits of using it Agile POD- TAKE THE Piot by the reigns ot provide training, knowledge bases documents Work with Applications team to deploy, get more usage out it, expert of tool and capabilities People who know how to use love it.
