The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in ServiceNow development, with a deep understanding of ITIL processes and a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to support our business operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with industry best practices. Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Demand Management, and Configuration Management. Create and maintain business rules, UI actions, forms, and batch jobs to optimize platform functionality. Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP and file-based methods. Build robust client and server-side scripts to enhance application performance. Design and implement comprehensive reporting and dashboards to provide valuable insights. Configure and manage ServiceNow workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency. Support and maintain existing ServiceNow applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Monitor ServiceNow platform health and performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Required Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in ServiceNow Development, including scripting (JavaScript, Angular), workflow design, and configuration. In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Demand, Configuration Management). Experience with developing business rules, UI actions, forms, and batch jobs (transform map, mapping). Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP and file-based methods. Strong client and server-side scripting skills. Expertise in creating reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively. Experience with ServiceNow workflow design and implementation. Ability to develop and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business needs. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
