Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Minnesota, MN Hybrid Mode (Only Locals) Duration: Long Term Contract Visa Independent Consultants - Locals Description: MS Office required Candidate should have payments background. Wires experience highly preferred. Wires ISO exposure a plus. As a result of ISO, the online database needs to be updated with required ISO fields. Customers must also regression test their current wire transmissions. The candidate will be responsible for helping with the database as well as with the testing and validation of customer file transmissions They will be expected to walk clients through testing. They will not make the initial call but will make follow-up scheduling calls with them. The information will be given to them on an excel spreadsheet with all pertinent information. Coordination of customer testing Validation of customer files that are received Communication skills, willingness to perform multiple tasks Job duties include working with customers, internal partners, and development teams.
