This role involves ensuring the stability of the build and deployment processes, automating tasks, and providing support for development teams in their continuous integration efforts. Role Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Jenkins servers and plugins. Monitor the Jenkins infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Work with development teams to set up new projects and build pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to builds, deployments, and source control management. Implement security best practices for Jenkins and related tools. Document CI/CD processes and maintain a knowledge base for Jenkins users. Stay up-to-date with the latest Jenkins features and best practices. Minimum Requirements (Must to Have) Strong experience with Jenkins and continuous integration/continuous delivery principles. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Groovy. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of build tools such as Maven or Gradle. Experience with automated testing frameworks. Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is must. Desired Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications in Jenkins or DevOps tools are advantageous. Proven track record of managing Jenkins in a production environment. Personal Attributes: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
