Develop and maintain dashboards, knowledge base articles, and documentation specific to application support. Stay abreast of Splunk updates and industry best practices for effective monitoring. Monitoring and Analytics of Web Apps. Troubleshoot and resolve tickets with deployment and configurations. Develop dashboards, knowledge base articles, and documentation for support, Splunk knowledge Required And Desired Skills/Certifications Proficient in Splunk, AppDynamics or other monitoring tools with hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of log management, data indexing, and visualization. Experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting roles. Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams. Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex issues. Additional Requirements (Desirable) Splunk certifications (e.g., Splunk Certified User, Splunk Certified Power User). Scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Unix, SQL, mobile and/or web dev background. MuleSoft experience. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, security, and application performance monitoring. AWS, Kubernetes, ECS experience.
