Working on OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Management, Finance, GTM, and FTI. Performing functional configurations in areas like master data, orders, itinerary, rates, rate services, etc. Understanding and working with OTM core modules and technical architecture. Handling log files, automation agent actions, procedures, packages, custom events, and report configurations/registrations. Writing business workflows in OTM using agents, saved queries, and saved conditions. Customizing and integrating OTM with Oracle, SAP, and legacy applications. Working with XML, XSL, JSPX, SQL, PLSQL, Unix-putty commands, server folders, and database tables. Connecting external distance/rate engines with OTM.
