| Role: Sybase SME Engineer Location: Weehawken, New Jersey(Hybrid) Duration: Contract To hire Job Description: Responsible for the design and replication of Sybase databases. This role involves ensuring Sybase database performance, availability, and security to support the company's applications and services. Good experience of Azure SQL Database Design and Replication: o Design, install, configure, and maintain Sybase ASE (Adaptive Server Enterprise) databases and related systems. o Replicate database solutions by designing database architecture, data structures, tables, stored procedures, and functions. Backup and Recovery: o Develop and implement backup and recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability. o Perform regular database backups and test restore processes to ensure data can be recovered as required. Troubleshooting replication and Support: o Provide support for database-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents. o Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve application data connectivity and system issues related to the database. 3. MSSQL SQL Developer/ Engineer (Onshore/onsite) - Responsible for the design of MSSQL and replication from Sybase databases. This role involves ensuring MSSQL database performance, availability, and security to support the company's applications and services.
