Position : Dynamics 365 Enterprise Technical Architect Location : REMOTE Duration: : Long Term Contract. Visa : USC/ GC Interview mode:: video Job Description: The Dynamics 365 Enterprise Technical Architect will lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring that the Dynamics 365 solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with the organizations strategic goals. Responsibilities: Solution Design: Lead the technical design and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions, including modules such as Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Develop architectural blueprints and design documentation for Dynamics 365 implementations. Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and other technical staff. Review and approve technical designs and code to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure technical requirements are properly aligned with business needs. Integration and Customization: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using tools like Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs. Oversee customization of Dynamics 365 applications using JavaScript, C#, and other programming languages. Ensure that customizations and integrations are optimized for performance and reliability. Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for technical problems. Provide support for system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities. Project Management: Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure that technical solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Manage technical risks and issues and escalate as necessary. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Present technical solutions and architectural designs to both technical and non-technical audiences. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on technical aspects of Dynamics 365 projects. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with new features, updates, and best practices related to Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve Dynamics 365 implementations. Required Expeirence and Skills: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Dynamics 365, with at least 5 years in a technical architect role. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level Dynamics 365 solutions. Experience with Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Finance. Strong experience with integrations, customizations, and development using Dynamics 365 SDK, Power Platform, and Azure services. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model, and security model. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with web services and APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert preferred.
