We are currently implementing a legacy modernization initiative for an end-to-end Securities Trading System for our prestigious client in the investment banking space which would positively impact the way client does the business in years to come. We are looking for motivated and highly skilled Angular Developers with Java to join our expanding team. Must Haves: Spring Boot Angular Kafka Messaging Framework Prism Messaging is a big plus Database - Mongo/Oracle and SQL Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years total experience as an engineer doing development with Angular, Javascript, and other UI technologies. Hands-on experience in Angular 12 or above is preferred Experience in messaging using Kafka is a MUST Knowledge of Java 1.8 or Java 11, SpringBoot, REST/SOAP Web services, and Microservices Understanding of RDBMS or NoSQL databases . Experience in a Cloud (AWS preferred) environment is highly desirable Experience in using GIT, Maven, and Unix/Linux for deployment and debugging issues would be a plus Experience with Agile methodologies. Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles. Demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time, with high quality, and within budget. Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, high-pressure, client-services environment. Strong analytical and conceptual skills Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement and unit test the code. Participate in the full SDLC (Agile), including planning meetings, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions. Deliver project assignments on time and with high quality.
