This analyst will be responsible for working with internal functional and technical teams to understand the business needs; translate those into technical requirements and specs; and follow requirements through development, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities: Gather and business requirements, including as-is and to-be; document business processes and rules Create and manage BRD, FRD, requirements matrix, use cases, and other requirements documentation Analyze requirements for feasibility, cost/benefit, and dependencies; work with business to refine and requirements Work with project managers and technical staff to follow requirements through development and testing Work with QA for testing, validation, and UAT Background: The right person will have 5 years experience in gathering and documenting requirements in software development environments Knowledge of .NET development tools and environments Strong data background (writing SQL, reporting, analyzing data) Must be an excellent communicator and able to interact with a variety of staff.
