(No Room) Job Description As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for helping our customers find fast, suitable lending and cashflow management options to grow their businesses. You will enable our employees to process and review business owner applications quickly and efficiently. You will be the voice of the customer, representing our Business Owners and our employees responsible for enabling them. You will play a significant role in our strategic goals focused on conversion rate and approval efficiency optimization. You will work closely with stakeholders from all areas to understand their needs and define the right solutions at the right time. Primary Responsibilities: You'll be part of a minor, persistent team and have endless opportunities to take on responsibility, continue learning, and mentor others. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. Collect and analyze feedback and data from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape features and end products. Research and document product issues for internal team members to enable the development team to resolve the issue and help business teams find temporary solutions. Work daily with development and analytics teams to clarify requirements and utilize data to drive decisions and priorities. Continuously adapt the plan by adjusting scope and priorities to deliver the most valuable solutions possible. Balance the value of deliverables with their associated cost, dependencies, and risk. Create, maintain, and own the product backlog, objectively balancing directions from multiple stakeholders. Write and maintain epics and features focused on delivering value and tracking business metrics like conversion, efficiency, retention, and loss rate. Define user stories that are ready for the development team with the right "definition of done." Collaborate and build trust with other Product Owners to maximize overall value delivery over individual products. Qualifications: You are a self-motivated individual interested in helping find creative technical solutions to improve the processes and efficiencies. Outstanding business communication, presentation, and leadership skills, including a strong desire to cultivate an environment of collaboration and engagement. Excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate between teams, understand the business's needs, and translate them to the product team to achieve the desired results. You can look at the bigger picture and help to find creative, technical and non-technical solutions to meet business needs.
