Experience setting up the Data Governance model and executed them. Experience building frameworks within Data Governance Will fine tune some of the internal process. Strong experience with Data Sharing, Data Security, Data Steward, Data Quality. Informatica is the current tool that they are using (previous experience is not required). Must have HealthCare experience and working at bigger Blue Plans or Payor Qualifications & Responsibilities: Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience assessing maturity, and designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive data governance model tailored to the needs of the payor space, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Business Acumen: Data governance is a business function. The individual will have business data governance experience with ability to create data governance principles from the business context (compliance, regulatory, policy, etc) Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience working with Blue Plans or other large payor organizations, with a deep understanding of healthcare data management and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to align data governance practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
