Lead upgrade and migration efforts for integration platforms, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions. Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of integration systems to ensure robust and reliable operations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Develop and enforce integration best practices and standards. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and standards. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IBM App Connect Enterprise and IBM MQ specialist. Extensive hands-on experience with upgrading and migrating integration platforms. In-depth understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and microservices architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in IBM App Connect or IBM MQ. Familiarity with other integration platforms and tools. Knowledge of security best practices in integration solutions.
