Req: 6+ Job Description : Responsibility Summary Work in a product team to develop system changes which meet user requirements Perform tech developer role under minimal direction to design, code, test, debug and maintain programs. Provide system support, including on-call rotation, troubleshooting, and resolving complex system issues. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to other team members, including performing code peer reviews, suggesting best practices, and following SDLC processes. Project Details All developers are treated equally and given opportunities to learn and work on new technologies with team members helping one another all the time. We have a mainframe, Linux, and the latest web technology giving everyone exposure to all of them. Position Requirements Required Qualifications Experienced Mainframe developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience who can work on their own and lead other developers. Preferred Qualifications Having Unix and Java knowledge/experience will be a huge plus.
