Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors Essential Skills: 1. Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System 2. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment 3. Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients needs 4. Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting 5. Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration 6. Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module. 7. At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.
