Experience interfacing with Senior Level Executives, Technical Leads and Financial SME is required. CSM or SAFe Certification is a plus. Job Description: The Technology and Data organization is seeking a Specialist, Program Management. Reporting into the Technology and Data Value Management Office (VMO), the person in this role will be responsible for providing operational support to the Technology and Data Demand Management Team. As well as supporting the management and oversight of The Company's Technology and Data investment governance process for strategic initiatives. The successful candidate takes initiative, has a strategic mindset with an execution focus and demonstrates strong financial acumen. The position is hybrid. Responsibilities Capture Epic and demand financials as part of the investment tracking process; ensure funding and business case approvals are approved appropriately with a focus on value delivered to the organization. Partner and communicate frequently with colleagues across Technology and Data to ensure timely and appropriate escalation of execution issues that may impact progressing efforts Partner with Portfolio Operations to enable meaningful and metrics driven reporting Prepare presentations and deliverables that are of professional quality, focus on the message to be delivered, and demonstrate attention to detail. Assess and help implement tools that will facilitate investment governance and tracking, simplify collection and reporting of demand financials, and automate reporting of information. Facilitate business transformation management efforts by monitoring and reporting on comprehensive strategic changes within the Technology and Data organization Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes Support Demand Intake process, collaborate with Demand lead to manage key communications to stakeholders. The Skills & Expertise You Bring Bachelors degree is required 3-7 years of related program and/or portfolio management experience, managing financial/investment portfolios and measuring success with the ability to make necessary adjustments based on learnings.
