We are seeking a highly motivated Embedded System QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of ITSM processes. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop custom applications, and enhance existing functionalities to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog. Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to support business processes. Perform system integrations with other platforms and applications using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies. Develop and maintain ServiceNow reporting and dashboards to provide insights into system performance and usage. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications, including debugging scripts and performance tuning. Create and maintain documentation for development processes, technical designs, and configurations. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and features to ensure the platform evolves to meet the needs of the organization. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and administration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components, including ServiceNow modules, scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script), and development best practices.
