Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, preferably on software development or HR projects. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans. Experience with defect tracking tools and test management systems. Familiarity with different types of testing, such as functional, regression, performance, and usability. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Familiarity with SAP, Workforce solution for Time & Leave Management, and ALMQC a plus. Familiarity with HR Systems a plus ================================ Role - Digital Partner - Practice Lead/Enterprise Architect - Remote with Travel Location - Jersey City,NJ Work very closely with account team/practice team and sales partner. Approach the solution as an Enterprise Architect. Core responsibilities include working with Customers to identify digital transformation opportunities. Develop solution with practice team, defend the solution along with practice team in front of customer. On successful completion passing of solution to the delivery team. Solution may include combining different technologies, such as, cloud engineering, integration, PLM/MES, IOT and Digital Experience. Experienced to work in multi-partner scenarios with an ability to drive the discussions independently and can influence decision-making. Understanding of pharma/med devices domain Highlight any risks or issues w.r.t. project schedule or cost slippage. Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation tools ============================== Job Title - Mainframe Developer - Onsite Location - Renton, WA Skills Mandatory(COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS & CICS) Strong Analytical skills (as we need to work on support). Maintain availability of deployed systems Hands on experience with CICS change requests and architecture. Hands on experience with mainframe coding and confident enough to create functionality from scratch. Maintain availability of deployed systems Willingness to work in second shift 2pm to 11pm. ================================================= Job Title - SAP S4 P2P and Integration Consultant - Onsite Location - Grapevine, TX Over 15years of expereince and Should have handled P2P on Implementation and Rollout projects 6 to 8 years experience in direct procurement process, integration with planning tools, stock transfers, Confirmation and ASNs, data migration is essential.
