See the requirements for Prod support point of view and also need a lead Experience Min 10+ years of Pega application support experience in a Telecom Ordering environment 1. Excellent experience in in the Pega QP (Quick Processor), JS (Job Scheduler) & PDC Alerts (Pega Diagnostic Center) for Reflows 2. Good knowledge of Pega Case Management, Decisioning with preferred Pega PRPC Case Mgmt certification 3. Excellent knowledge in hands-on Kibana/Elastic Search Log analysis. Creation of Alerts for Spikes for Monitoring production. 4. Excellent knowledge in POSTMAN 5. Excellent SQL Queries and Oracle DB knowledge 6. Monitoring Tableau dashboards 7.
