Role: SAP PP/QM Functional Expert Location: Fort Mill, SC-Onsite Contract Job Description: SAP PP/QM Functional Expert Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and migration of the SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules. Design and configure production planning processes including master planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and production orders. Configure quality management processes including quality planning, inspection, and quality control. Optimize production planning and quality management workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure product quality. Integrate PP and QM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FICO. Develop, configure, and deploy SAP solutions tailored to production and quality management needs. Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Lead master data migration activities, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance. Plan and execute the cutover strategy for production and quality data, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently without requiring additional handholding. Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP implementation and migration projects, specifically in PP and QM modules. Proven expertise in SAP PP and QM modules with relevant certifications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of production planning and quality management processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions. Proficiency in configuring and optimizing production planning and quality management processes to meet business requirements. Skills and Experience: Extensive knowledge of SAP PP and QM modules and their integration with other modules. Experience in master data migration and ensuring data quality. Ability to plan and execute cutover strategies, particularly for production and quality data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SAP configuration and optimization for production planning and quality management processes. Experience in managing production orders, quality inspections, and compliance with quality standards within SAP.
