| Position Title: Senior Systems Support Analyst Location: Henderson, NV area(Onsite) Client: local government client Visa: USC/GC Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for weekly status reports deliverable. This position will support the execution areas with development of standard reports and custom reports as needed. REQUIREMENTS Must have strong experience supporting software applications at a technical level Preference for experience supporting EnerGov land permitting application and Esri GIS application Experience supporting applications in the cloud Reporting tools (ex: Crystal Reports, SSRS SQL Server Reporting Services) Experience developing and maintaining schedules on multiple programs using Microsoft Project. Database tools: (ex: Toad, Microsoft SQL Server Management Tools) ((SSMS)) SQL query languages Network traffic monitoring tools (ex: Wireshark, Fiddler) API monitoring\\troubleshooting tools (ex: Postman, Swagger, SoapUI) FTP applications (ex: FileZilla, WinSCP, Axway) Browser debugger tools (Chrome or IEs Developer Tools) General understanding of: Information Security, Cloud platforms (AWS, AZURE), and GIS PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS Server Management (IIS Config\\Web Servers) Scripting (PowerShell, Python) Working directly with end users to: Gather requirements, Test requested modifications, and Perform UAT. Perform other duties as necessary.
