The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and understanding business requirements and translating them into effective solutions utilizing various ServiceNow modules. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and optimize service management. The candidate should have a passion for challenging the status quo, seeking innovative solutions, and a deep knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and new use cases. Convert gathered requirements into actionable stories with success criteria and testing plans for development teams. Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement areas, automation opportunities, and efficiency gains using ServiceNow. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow changes to ensure alignment with business requirements and development standards. User Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users and stakeholders on utilizing ServiceNow effectively. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes for reference and future use. Reporting and Analytics: Design and generate reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to evaluate team performance. Train users on creating and using these reports. Continuous Improvement: Identify and address opportunities for ongoing improvement and innovation within the ServiceNow environment, aligned with business needs and goals. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow. ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) highly desired. Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices. ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification is desired. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Project management experience and certifications (e.g., SCRUM Master, Product Owner) are a plus. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
