Job Title: IT Business Analyst Job Duration: 12 Months+ Job Location: Phoenix Job Role: Onsite. Experience: 10+ Years. Job Description: Reviewing of current templates and standard operating procedures, including relevant administrative regulations. Interview Badge Image Office and Department Badge Liaisons to identify pain points and process gaps. Performing a gap analysis to identify opportunities for transformation from current state to future state. Prioritize list of processes or programs needing to be updated/created. Create/update the processes identified. Recommend updates to relevant Administrative Regulations. Each work process will have a checklist, process map, SOP, and templates. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred. Atleast 3 years of experience in process mapping and continuous improvement. Experience in either public or private security access / badging processes is preferred Municipal or utility experience is preferred. Principle Responsibilities: Conducting process mapping with timelines of current state processes for all solicitation types and work in progress items.
