Field Service is also directly connected to the ERP side of the platform This Module would have about 800 Users during Peak Usage; Spread across 50 US-based Service Centers Team 3 Devs 2 Off-Shore (One Mid-Level & One Junior) 1 Dev Support/DevOps Resource who tests/pushes ode into production -------------------------------------------------------------------- The Senior IT Technical Analyst is responsible for managing Dynamics 365 CE Field Service, ideal candidate possess strong technical expertise in configuring, customizing, and supporting the platform. This role will play a key role with current implementation and further enhancing the application with solutions to meet our organizations business needs. Key aspect of the role is to work with functional leads and business analyst to gather requirements for translating to technical design and delivery in meeting the business goals. Responsibilities: Drive design, development and deployment of Dynamics 365 Field Service ongoing implementation & enhancement Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with business analysts and cross function ERP IT teams, following DevOps process to deliver solution Customize and configure with business processes, including entities, forms, workflows, and business rules. Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate Flows and scripts to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 Field Service. Participate in cross functional design for integrations between Dynamics 365 Field Service and other systems, such as Salesforce, FinOps, and third-party applications. Create and maintain documentation, including technical design specifications, architectural guidelines, and best practices of D365 Field Service application Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously stay informed about the latest updates and trends in field service management and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and recommend improvements Manage the ongoing support, maintenance, and new features of D365 Field Service application with software updates Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as Field Service Technical analyst/developer Knowledge of configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Mobile app Proficient with Power Platform Apps, Automate flow to extend Dynamics 365 Field Service Experience working with or integrating with 3 rd party service applications using APIs, web Services and middleware Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service integrated with FinOps is a big plus Energetic personality who excels in collaboration and teamwork Keywords: information technology container edition D365 CE Team lead [email protected] |
