You will play a pivotal role in leading the technical delivery of IAM projects, ensuring seamless integration, and enhancing our client's security infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, including workflows, rules, and custom connectors. Onboard applications into the SailPoint solution using various connectors. Lead technical delivery of IAM projects, managing client engagements, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Collaborate with offshore teams for development, requirement analysis, and implementation. Upgrade and maintain the SailPoint system to ensure optimal performance and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM implementations. Provide expert guidance on IGA best practices and industry standards. Essential Skills: 8+ years of experience in IAM domain, with at least 2 years in SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint IdentityNow. Proven experience in end-to-end design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow projects. Deep understanding of IGA fundamentals, including identity lifecycle, access management, authentication, authorization, application onboarding, and entitlement management. Expertise in roles, reports, rules tasks, role mining, access governance, and recertification. Strong knowledge of provisioning object models, custom connectors, and integration architectures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving complex technical issues. Experience in integrating HR systems and Active Directory. Ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Desirable Skills: SailPoint IdentityNow certifications. Experience with other leading IGA tools. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., BeanShell, JavaScript). Familiarity with IT security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
