| Position: SAP Project Manager Location: Hybrid (25% onsite, 75% remote) Orlando, FL 32801 Interview: Video Contract: 1 year GC and USC RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques. Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity. Responsible for multiple large, complex projects with greater impact to the enterprise. Manage and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. Ability to lead all relevant project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Assist all departments involved in a project to set realistic goals and ensure the technical feasibility of solutions. Coordinate resource availability, alignment, and allocation across all departments both technical and non-technical to ensure project success. Develop risk management plans and perform risk assessments. Develop detailed work breakdown structures, monitor and track progress against task completion. Successfully build and manage relationships with project team members and external partners in the district. Develop communication plans and consistently communicate project status to the Program Manager and stakeholders in an organized, consistent manner. Lead change management of scope, schedule, and budget. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
