In-depth knowledge of master data setup and processes to execute supply planning. Involvement in a minimum of five full life cycle Oracle SCM implementations, with at least two Oracle Cloud supply & demand planning implementations. Strong proficiency in all functional aspects of Cloud Planning application solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with experience in troubleshooting issues for Cloud ERP clients. Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to learn quickly. Desirable Skills, Certifications, and Experience: Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Certified Implementation Professional. Experience with Oracle Order Management Cloud (specifically GOP Cloud) is preferred. Top Skills Required: Oracle ERP SCM experience with designing, configuring, and architecting solutions. Cloud SCM suite of products expertise. Minimum of five full-life cycle Oracle SCM implementations. At least two implementations of Oracle Cloud Supply Planning and Demand Planning. SCM consulting experience is a must. Key Responsibilities: Design and configure all aspects of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning implementations, including Supply Planning & Demand Planning. Develop system requirements, design, prototype, implement, and roll out solutions. Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Cloud Supply Chain Planning applications and business system processes. Configure Supply Planning Cloud and Demand Planning Cloud applications to support solution design. Expertise in Global Order Promising Cloud and Sales & Operations Cloud is highly preferred. Engage in project communications with clients using a consultative approach. Anticipate obstacles and recommend solution options related to the solution. Focus on client value and satisfaction while balancing corporate objectives, feasibility, and scalability of the solution. Integrate Supply Planning Cloud and Demand Planning Cloud applications with other applications and existing processes. Design and implement custom reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools to improve frequency, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting. Coordinate with other project team members and business users as needed. Ensure overall solution integrity of large and complex solutions, providing direction to other Solution Architects on technology and design choices. Produce and deliver documentation for design, training, and application administration. Operate independently to provide quality work products for engagements. Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on highly complex customer engagements. Consult effectively with the management of customer organizations. Gain client acceptance of the implemented solution. Fully comprehend client requirements and translate them into implementable solutions using leading Oracle Cloud practices and processes, avoiding customizations wherever possible. Define and adhere to solution standards, estimates, processes, policies, and procedures.
