The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SWIFT messaging and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements within the Custody and Securities Lending domain. Develop and document detailed business and functional requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements. Utilize SWIFT knowledge to analyze and improve message flows and processing. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, specifically within Custody or Securities Lending. Extensive knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards and protocols. NT experience will be helpful as this would need coordination with other groups (FM, Trade, nForm, PSGL, Treasury, GDS etc.) Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
