Job Title: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite ) Duration: Long Term Job Description: The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud and a deep understanding of supply chain processes. This role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain modules to meet business requirements. Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain modules in Oracle Cloud. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solutions. Configure and customize Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain modules to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflows. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Cloud applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements. Conduct user training sessions and create detailed documentation for end-users and technical teams. Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud updates, best practices, and emerging trends in supply chain management. Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful delivery. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Extensive experience with Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain modules in Oracle Cloud. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, procurement, and logistics. Proven experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications to meet business requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Oracle Cloud applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus. Oracle Cloud certification in Order Management or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
