Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Angular Front-End Developer to join our team at First US Bank. You will play a pivotal role in upgrading and developing our Angular-based applications, working closely with our UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality, responsive user interfaces. The team is currently migrating from AngularJS to Angular 15, and we need an expert who can navigate this transition smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Angular Development: Spearhead the development and enhancement of the front-end using AngularJS, 12 and 15, converting UI mockups into functional and responsive web applications. JIRA and Requirement Integration: Analyze JIRA stories, understand business requirements, and integrate with back-end services such as REST APIs and Spring Boot. Test Automation with Cypress: Lead test automation initiatives using Cypress, ensuring robust and high-quality code delivery. MongoDB Interaction: Conduct basic querying on MongoDB to assist with troubleshooting, testing, and data validation within the UI. CI/CD Pipeline Management: Utilize Git for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, deploying applications on AWS EKS. Collaboration with UX/UI Teams: Work closely with the UX team to implement their designs, ensuring consistent user experiences across all platforms. Optional Back-End Support: While your primary focus will be on front-end development, knowledge of Java Spring Boot is a plus for full-stack collaboration. Top Skills Required: AngularJS to 12 and 15: Expertise in Angular, particularly in upgrading and maintaining applications across these versions. Git & CI/CD: Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines, specifically Jenkins, for efficient code integration and deployment. REST API Integration: Strong experience in integrating front-end applications with RESTful services. Cypress: Significant experience with Cypress for test automation.
