The ServiceNow Architect provides vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of an innovative and differentiated service management offering leveraging App engine studio. Responsibilities Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances. Design end to end solutions to customer requirements. Service Portal design, often in support of custom applications Knowledge of Custom apps/ App Engine. Provide support of custom applications development and migration Implement ServiceNow in Domain separated instance. Support Virtual Agent configuration and development. Worked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modules. Develop methodologies for consistent development, improvement, and deployment of designed solutions. Must Have Skills & Experience 8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required. 3+ years experience with Java Script required. ServiceNow System Administrator certification required. At least 2 years in assessment, building & designing custom applications on ServiceNow. In depth knowledge of Custom Workspace is a must CSA is a must Active CSA + 2 Mainline certifications Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound At least 2 of the below required: CIS ITSM certification CIS CSM certification Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow). CIS Risk and Compliance certification. Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation. Prior experience in leading technical governance boards and solution reviews Expert in working on Performance Analytics Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment. Knowledge of integration Hub required. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices Good to Have Experience in ServiceNow Mobile app development Advanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDB ITIL Foundations certification preferred. Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory. Experience with HTML coding Knowledge of Jelly script strongly preferred. Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork. Ability and willingness to lead. Self-starter and innovator.
