Please give me a call back at Mobile : 609-333-9000 EX: 64 or you can E-Mail me at [email protected] Position: Scrum Master - Data and Azure Background Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite Hybrid - 3 Days) Duration: Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Scrum Process Facilitation Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand ups sprint reviews and retrospectives for offshore teams. Team Collaboration Foster a collaborative and productive environment within offshore teams promoting communication transparency and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison between offshore development teams and stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress risks and impediments. Scrum Master Coaching Coach and mentor offshore teams on Agile principles practices and methodologies to enhance their understanding and adoption of the Scrum framework. Risk Management Identify escalate and mitigate project risks and impediments that may impact the delivery timeline or quality of the product. Metrics Tracking Track and report key Agile metrics such as sprint velocity burn down charts and cycle time to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives within offshore teams by implementing best practices tools and techniques to optimize Agile processes and delivery outcomes. Quality Assurance Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle conducting regular reviews and inspections as needed. Conflict Resolution Facilitate resolution of conflicts and disagreements within offshore teams promoting a positive and collaborative team culture. Documentation Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of project artifacts including user stories sprint backlogs and release plans. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or related field. Certified Scrum Master CSM certification preferred. Minimum of X years of experience in Agile software development with a focus on offshore team collaboration. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies Scrum Kanban etc. Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate offshore teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira Trello or Rally Ability to thrive in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team environment.
