Architecture Design: Develop and implement robust Defender M365 architectures across on-premises and multi-cloud environments. Security Consulting: Serve as a trusted security advisor, offering strategic guidance and recommendations. Migration Leadership: Lead the migration from legacy endpoint security solutions to the Microsoft Security Stack. Knowledge Sharing: Create and disseminate knowledge assets through industry engagement and research. Presales Support: Contribute to presales activities including RFP responses, client presentations, and demos. Security Assessments: Conduct security maturity assessments and develop improvement plans. Project Management: Independently lead security projects from inception to completion.Qualifications & Experience 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity. Proven expertise in the Microsoft Defender M365 suite, including: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Microsoft Defender for Identity Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps Strong understanding of Microsoft O365 Security, Microsoft Azure Security, and Microsoft Azure AD Security. Demonstrated ability to lead complex security projects.Essential Skills Cybersecurity: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Endpoint Security: Proven expertise in endpoint security solutions, particularly Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Microsoft 365: Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its security components. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Desirable Skills Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Certifications in Microsoft security technologies. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
