Position: SAP FICO Functional

Location:- Fort Mill, South Carolina (Hybrid on-site)

Duration:- Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and migration of the SAP FICO module.

- Design and configure financial accounting processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting.

- Configure controlling processes including cost centers, internal orders, profit centers, and cost element accounting.

- Optimize financial and controlling workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.

- Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.

- Develop, configure, and deploy SAP solutions tailored to financial and controlling needs.

- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

- Lead master data migration activities, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.

- Plan and execute the cutover strategy for financial data, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently without requiring additional handholding.

- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP implementation and migration projects, specifically in FICO modules.

- Proven expertise in SAP FICO modules with relevant certifications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.

- Proficiency in configuring and optimizing financial and controlling processes to meet business requirements.

Skills and Experience:

- Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their integration with other modules.

- Experience in master data migration and ensuring data quality.

- Ability to plan and execute cutover strategies, particularly for financial data.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in SAP configuration and optimization for financial and controlling processes.

- Experience in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within SAP.
